Morning Routine

  1. Use cool water to cleanse with a foaming cleanser

  2. Pat dry with a clean towel

  3. Apply toner to a cotton pad and split your face in two and with one side of the cotton pad. Let dry for 2 minutes. Best to brush your teeth during this time to save time (Skip if experiencing dry skin).

  4.  Vitamin C serum x 1 drop to the back of the hand for full application on face and feather to neck. Use remaining Vitamin C on the backs of each hand. 

  5. Apply *1gm total of moisturizer and sunscreen or if oily use sunscreen as moisturizer only. For dry skin apply moisturizer first, let dry completely then add sunscreen.

  6. Let air dry then apply make-up

  7. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours as needed for sun protection.

Evening Routine

  1. Use cool water to cleanse with a foaming cleanser

  2. Pat dry with a clean towel

  3. Apply toner to a cotton pad and split your face in two and with one side of the cotton pad. Let dry for 2 minutes. Best to brush your teeth during this time to save time.

  4.  Apply Retinol 1gm every other night to the full face, avoiding the eye areas. Use alpha-hydroxy acid in the spring-summer months.

  5. Apply moisturizer if desired at this time.

  6. Apply eye cream.

  7. Let air dry completely

  8. Use a weekly or bi-weekly mask or Clarisonic after toning skin in step #3.
