RESCHEDULE POLICY

Although we understand that life happens and we cannot predict when the unexpected happens, we encourage our patients to cancel or contact our office if you cannot make your appointment regardless if it is the last minute. Our nurses are extending the time we spend with each patient to 1 hour due to the new COVID-19 protocol. Nurses are also disinfecting the area and rooms for your safety.

$25 cancellation policy will be waived during this time. If you get an alert, please disregard the message. We are working to remove the alert as soon as possible.

No-Show patients are people who do not notify the office in any communication channel available to let the nurse know that they will not be keeping their appointment. During this difficult time, Expert Aesthetics, will not tolerate this behavior. If you "No Show" we will not reschedule you in our office at any time in the future.

Personal Hygiene

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported –

ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.

These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus:

  • Fever- 100.0 or higher

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain

  • Headache

  • Sore throat

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease in 2019 (COVID-19).

  • The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.

  • The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.

    • Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).

    • Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks.

    • These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

    • Some recent studies have suggested that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are not showing symptoms.
